I Can

"If I work hard at it, I'll be where I want to be." Lately, I've been thinking about my future a lot. It creeps me out. I don't know what's in store for me, but I wish I did. I don't really know much of anything anymore. Just going with the flow. Is that the right thing to do? Probably not, but I'm so muddled and stuck in a place where the decisions I make affects what I become. Scared? Nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Besides trying to change my character, I have other things I want to accomplish by the end of this year. But that's for me to know and for others to eventually figure out. I need to see if I have enough will-power to do what I promise myself to do.
But my 2k9 WILL consist of: finding who I am, taking pictures, studying vocabulary, eating more, not dying hair, reading, & going to DC.


Fact Of The Day: I saw Matt after 41 days... with Paul!

Story Of The Day: Ah, 2009. The New Year is here at last. This year is a god year for Matt Lee. He's graduating this year. YAYAYAYAY. Well, Matt hasnt written a story to Eunice Ahn in like a week, so this is his chance to make up for all those days. This might get really long so bear with me. :D Here I go.Today is Thursday, Happy New Years to everyone! Matt Lee had just gotten back from a winter retreat that was ridiculously amazing. When he got home from the night before, the first thing he had to do was wash his clothes and leave for New York the next day. No one really knew that he was going to New York. On Thursday, he woke up at around noon or something. His bus to New York was suppose to come at like 5 or 6. He had plenty of time. He was going with his friend Mike. So, Matt got ready,washed up, packed up and just chilled for a little. Matt got on AIM for one last time before he left. He noticed that Eunice was on. He talked to her and told her that he was going to New York. By the way she replied on AIM seemed like she was excited or something. So yea, time flew by and Matt left for Mikes. They met up and went to the bus station. They bought their tickets and their trip to New York had officially begun. The bud ride was mad boring. It was like four and a half hours of nothing. Matt found a way to kill some time. He tried to read Chinese Newspaper. He couldnt. He ended up falling asleep until he got there. It was around 10 or 11 when they finally got to New York. They were dropped off in Chinatown. It was so scary. Terrifying. Matt was terrified. He had a feeling that he was gonna get raped in an alley by some fat black dude. It never happened. Matt and Mike were lost in Chinatown for like 2-3 hours. They got mad hungry so they went into a random Chinese restaurant. That was the biggest mistake of their lives. When they ordered their food, they ate, it was good, but it wasnt filling. Everything was so expensive. They charged five bucks for three dumplings.WTF. And their main meal thing was so little but it was like 20 bucks. gg. So they ended up burning like 50 bucks there without knowing. After they ate, they went to search for Mikes friend. It took like anhour to find him because he was FOB (fabulous oriental boy). They met up and went to his house. They had to ride the subway everywhere they went because he had no car. It sucked. Well, before they got to his house, they went to look at some random stuff. They saw really tall buildings, random stuff and ate at some crazy good korean place. Mm mm good. Well, it was around 2-3 when they got home. Matt and Mike left and went to a PC Bang. They stayed up all night and went back to his friends house. That was the end of day 1. DAY 1 was decent. They didnt do much but it was okay. On to day 2. :DDay 2Matt and Mike woke up pretty early because they didnt want to waste their only FULL day. They woke up at like 8 or something weird. They washed up and left. Matt was suppose to meet Eunice and Paul Lee at some bus terminal that Matt couldnt find for the longest time. Matt got there at like 10 or something. He came out with only a hoodie on. He was numb. He was numb to the max. He hada scarf that he knitted for Eunice too. That junks was mad warm. He decided to play some Tetris to kill time. It only killed like 15 minutes because he's so pro at Tetris. It was like 12 or 1 when a strange, scary looking asian dude walks up to Matt. Matt was scared to look up because he thought that if he made eye contact with the person, something crazy would happen. Matt looked up,he laughed. It was Paul "Hyojoon" Lee. Matt couldnt help but laugh. Paul was nothing like Matt expected. Paul was shorter, scarier, skinnier, weaker looking than he imagined. It was ok. Matt wasnt checking him out or anything. Matt and Paul greeted each other and went to some bus. Paul was really scary looking to Matt. Matt thought that if he made fun of Paul, Matt's life was over. Well, Matt had no idea where Paul was taking him. Matt asked Paul where he was going. They were going to Palisades Park or Palpark. It was a very interesting bus ride there. Matt talked to Paul, Paul talked to Matt. Fun fun fun. Well, when they reached their destination, they walked for a little, and saw a small little girl standing in front of some really korean looking place. It was Eunice, she said hi, I think Matt said hi. Paul, Matt, and Eunice talked, walked and did whatever. They went into this small store thingie. They sold bubble tea there. Eunice bought Matt bubble tea and OMG! it was the best tasting bubble tea in the WORRRRRRLD!!! Matt was in love. Green apple bubble tea (?) <33333 Well, he enjoyed it. Eunice totally dipped out on Paul and Matt so yea, Matt and Paul started talking again. They went outside, kept walking and kept talking. Matt told Paul he needed to piss. Paul told Matt that he needed to poo. Wtf. Matt ran inside this random restaurant and took his piss. When he left that restaurant, they went back to their walking, and talking. After about 100 steps, they saw Eunice again. They talked, and walked. They didnt know what to do. They decided togo to the city. So they went, it was really awkward. The bus that came was mad packed and they had to stand. Matt felt REALLY gay because his crotch area was pointing at a guy and his back side was facing a dudes face. Mad homo. Well, the three eventually got a seat, sat down, and went on with their business. When they reached New York, they saw Mike and his friend. They said hi and left. Eunice and Paul walked around. Matt followed. They went to Dave&Busters. Apparently you need to be 21 to get in. They didnt know. They tried asking people to help them get in. No one helped. Jerks. Well, they killed plenty of time there. They went out, and went into the biggest Toys 'r' Us. It was massive. Eunice was craving DDR or something. They went downstairs, found a DDR thing and yea. They needed change for a 20$ bill. They got two 10$ bills. The DDR machine only took $1 or $5. Bummer. Paul, Eunice and Matt didnt know what to do. They asked lots of people for change for a $10. No one had change. Matt tried finding change, he couldnt. He made a bet with Paul and Eunice that if he couldnt find change, he had to do 10 pushups. He did his pushups. They eventually got change and Eunice did her thang on the DDR machine. Matt was shocked. This girl knew how to bust a move. She didnt get far but matt was stunned. Her feet were all over the place, they decided to leave because Matt was suoppose to go shopping with Mike. On the way out, they saw Jeffrey the Giraffe. Matt hugged it. Then Eunice hugged it. Then they left. They went on they subway to meet up with Mike. On the subway, they got really bored. Justl ike before, they made another bet. Matt, Paul and Eunice decided to play rock paper scissors. Loster had to pole dance. Well, Matt lost. He didnt wanna pole dance on the subway. So he hugged the pole, wraped his leg around and then they got to their stop. Matt was relieved. Well, to make the long story short, they met up with Mike, Eunice and Paul left, Matt felt bad because they had to make like 2938492384 trips from the city back to New Jersey. Hmm. Matt told Paul he loved him (no homo), Eunice and Paul left, Mike and Matt went shopping, and did their thang. On the way back to their friends house, they went out to eat. They ate at some really crazy populated restaurant. It was filled with black people. Matt has a fear of black people or something. Matt couldnt eat normally because of all the blackness around him. It took him like an hour to finish his food. After they ate, they payed the bill, didnt leave a tip, and ran out. After that, they watched a movie, Matt fell asleep through it. After the movie was done, they went back to their place to go sleep or something. They got "home", Matt washed up, and wrote this SUPER CRAZY LONG story to Eunice. yeaaaaa i think im done now :DThanks Eunice Ahn and Paul Lee for the greatest beginning of the year.
